Kitt is an end-to-end office company that helps brands find, design, build and manage their office. The Kitt mobile app serves as the primary touchpoint for clients, offering features such as desk bookings and door access. However, by early 2023, the app had developed a fragmented information architecture and outdated branding, leading to user frustration.
